Motions are heard on Fridays at 9:00AM and are required to be in writing. A motion may be scheduled in the Clerk & Master’s office in conformity with Rule 10 of the Local Rules of the Shelby County Chancery Court, or click on the below link “MOTION DOCKETS MAY BE SCHEDULED HERE” to schedule a motion from your computer.
